Membership Information - How To Join
Welcome. Thank you for your interest in the Human Resource Management Association of North Central Pennsylvania, our local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Our goal is to serve as the leading voice in the North Central Region of Pennsylvania for the development of Human Resource professionals at all levels, as well as small businesses that don’t have the benefit of a professional HR staff. We schedule monthly meetings, September through May, to meet and exchange constructive ideas, to discuss current topics, to exchange information on pending legislation that may impact your business and provide the opportunity to network with other HR professionals.
We are affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), thus we recommend our local members also belong to SHRM. If you are not a member of SHRM, you may obtain a membership application at their website, www.shrm.org.
If you are interested in joining our local chapter you may download and print a membership application (Word document - opens in new window). Please join us for our meetings whether you’re a member of not. We would like to talk to you in person about our organization and how it can help you. The fee for the meetings is $10 for members and $15 for non-members and guests. Please check our calendar for upcoming meetings.
